Happy Thanksgiving, Fashion Friends!
On this day of thanks we remember all the things we are thankful for. Our families, significant others, friends, pets, jobs, happiness, are normally what top the list- with great reason. To go more of an untraditional route, I want to share with you the five beauty products I'm most thankful for, because after all we must give thanks to products that make us feel and look good.
1. Dior Capture Totale Multi-Perfection Face Creme and Eye Treatment.
This face and eye creme by Dior is seriously the best creme I have ever used. It is the top of Dior's skin care collection and a total splurge- but totally worth the price tag. This creme smoothes and illuminates the skin and has highly reduced signs of aging on my face- especially around my eyes.
Face Creme- $160, Eye Treatment- $100 at Dior.
2. The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil.
Tea Tree Oil is a family secret that I have used since I was a teenager to fight acne. Tea Tree Oil is great for diminishing black heads, redness, and blemishes and I use it religiously. While you can find Tea Tree Oil at select drugstores and grocery stores, the oil from The Body Shop is diluted specifically for facial application.
$9.50 at The Body Shop.
3. GLAMGLOW Youthmud Tingle Exfoliate Treatment.
I LOVE GLAMGLOW. This mask is amazing for clearing and tightening skin and pores. Although the application seems like you are putting straight up mud on your face, you can literally feel your skin tightening and it looks instantly brightened after you rinse it off. $69 at Sephora (I've also found it at T.J. Maxx for $40!).
4. Buxom Full-On Lip Polish and Lip Stick.
This combo of lip stick and gloss is by far my favorite. The lip stick works like a lip liner and defines and fills the lips, while the polish gives long lasting shimmer and fuller lips with its tingling effect. Lip Polish- $19, Lip Stick- $19 at Sephora.
5. Dior Hydra Life BB Creme.
I have very sensitive skin so finding good face products that don't cause irritation or breakouts can be a bit of a challenge. Until I found Dior's Hydra Life BB Creme. This BB Creme is perfect for evening out skintone and masking flaws. It feels light on the skin and leaves my skin looking flawless and radiant. $56 at Sephora.
