White Out

With summer nearing its end, I decided to pull out my sheer white maxi to get some use before packing it up for the fall. I found this steal of a dress at Forever 21 and have

doubled its use as both a sun dress, paired with a white slip underneath; and pool coverup, paired with a bathing suit! For this look that I wore to The Chic Shack Blogger Brunch last Sunday, I decided to take a note out of Iris Apfel's book and layer on the jewelry. I stacked bangles, rings, and necklace separates to create the layered look and add some color and depth to the white dress. I opted for a vintage Lladro handbag that was my mom's to complete the look and add vintage charm. I know some may argue that less is more, but I truly believe that is not always the case! Especially when it comes to layering bangles and necklaces- in this case, more is more!
