Can you guys believe its February this week? Me either. And what comes with February? New York Fashion Week (NYFW) and Valentines Day. It also will be the month of my website relaunch, which will be live this weekend! Since I'll be spending all week putting the final touches on my new site (its been a process, let me tell you!), I wanted to get this post up today in place of Makeup Monday as it'll be only post this week in preparation for my site launch for two reasons- 1. To get your Valentine's (or Galentines) gift ideas flowing; 2. To give you enough time to plan for Valentine's since its just 2 weeks away!
I know this day comes with lots of anxiety. However, I view Valentine's as a day of love, period. It doesn't matter who you love- it can be parents, family, friends, pets- all in addition to a significant other. Especially with the way our country is today, I think we should all be celebrating love for one another and ourselves this year and spreading love all over.
