Happy Fab Friday, friends!
Todays post is going to be super short and sweet, as I'm typing this from my hotel in NYC for NYFW. I arrived yesterday and already my trip has been made by the first successful day of seeing the Fall/Winter18 presentations of LANYU and Pamella Rowland. At the Pamella Rowland show we also spotted Nigel Barker- what a beautiful human!- and I almost cried at the sheer utter beauty of her designs.
Something I want to say as I'm attending NYFW- I cannot express how lucky I am to be here. Attending NYFW has been a dream of mine since I was a young girl. I was invited for the first time last winter to NYFW and this is now my third time in attendance. When I'm attending these shows, I am going for the style knowledge, the people watching, and the overall experience. Some of the best street style is seen in the lines for NYFW shows and the inspiration is mad real.
Many people think NYFW is a glamorous thing. It is- but there are many non-glamorous parts to it, like waiting in long lines, super jam packed days, and overall hustle, but man is It worth it. I can't tell you how much I love every moment of NYFW, and I feel so very lucky and happy to be here experiencing it.
