I have some exciting news, friends! I have teamed up with Bloomingdale's in Chevy Chase to host their Denim Days event this Saturday, March 24 from 1-4pm- and you're invited! The event will be focused on denim, and I'll be picking out my top fave denim pieces in store! In additional, I'll have a curated section of accessories and other apparel to compliment the denim! Bloomie's has forever been a favorite store of mine and I am so excited to be working with them on this event!
To stay on the theme of denim, I decided to do a round up of my own personal ways that I wear denim! To me, denim is so much more than jeans- I love wearing denim in skirts, jackets, and dresses, too! Today I'm sharing how I like to wear denim, complete with similar options from Bloomie's below!
My Five Favorite Ways to Wear Denim:
1. Embellished / Distressed Chic
I love love love the distressed or embellished look on jeans! Since I'm a bit extra, I like the added punch that embellished or distressed jeans can add to a look!

2. A DIY Jacket
My denim staple is a DIY personalized jean jacket. I was inspired to make mine after seeing Lady Gaga with one many years ago. What a better way to express who you are than through a DIY personalized jean jacket!

3. As a Skirt
As someone who sometimes gets way too hot in jeans, a denim skirt is a great way to still wear denim in hotter months! And they still go with literally everything!

4. A Denim Dress
A denim dress is always in style and super versatile. You can wear them casual or fancy, and they look so chic with minimal effort!

5. Classic / Cropped
Because a classic pair of jeans is a staple and must-have for your closet. I'm personally digging cropped styles right now!
