French cafes and fancy dresses. What’s better than that? Brunching at French cafes wearing fancy dresses. To me, Virginia is for lovers, who love a great weekend brunch. Brunch is literally a way of life for us DC Area residents, and lets face it- if there's one thing DC does well, its bottomless brunch! As a dress girl, I am always up for a fanciful and fun dress that makes me feel great as I’m sipping mimosas and brunching on waffles <and bacon>. With brunch being right in the middle of the day, I like the versatility of wearing a pretty dress as I can go directly from a morning coffee date to brunch, or head out to a late-afternoon event after brunch, all without having to worry about changing. And if you do have to change, it can be as minor as changing from flats to heels, or swapping purses.
