Today's gift guide was the MOST fun to curate as it had to do with things I love- ANIMALS!!! When compiling ideas for my Crazy Cat Lady gift guide (stay tuned, its coming soon!), I realized that while I adore cats, not everyone loves them as much as I do. Some love dogs or foxes or llamas more and I thought, why not make a gift guide based around all animals?!

So, here it is. A gift guide I'm going to add to my annual BITD gift guide list, filled with cuteness, quirkiness, and feel-good-ness. AND! While I'm on the topic of animals, I want to introduce a new contest I'm going to start incorporating into my Instagram Stories weekly/bi-weekly! Here's the deets- last week I took the most hilarious photo of Chloe. I sent it to my friends as a "MOOD AF" and they laughed talking about captions. I decided to do a "CAPTION THIS!" contest on my Instagram Stories with the questions tool so readers could enter a funny caption. I gifted the winner my trademark MAC lipstick, and I chose the caption "MEOWWWWWW (but in Cardi B's voice)" LOL as the winner. I had so much fun with this, and one of my friends who is also the owner of Nam Viet (the best Vietnamese restaurant in the DMV), Richard, gave me the idea to keep it up and sent me pictures of his pup, Holts.
