It's hard to believe that almost 2 weeks ago I was headed to NYC for New York Fashion Week (NYFW) Spring/Summer 2020 (SS20)! NYFW is always one of my favorite things to do because not only do I love seeing what trends will be big for the upcoming season, but I LOVE to see the street style and all the amazing things fashion-goers wear! I'll be giving a NYFW highlights by day, and today I'm sharing my Day 1 highlights and what I wore!
NYFW Day 1: Look 1
For the first look of NYFW, I decided to go with this look that I've labeled, "Pink Elvis" lol. Pant suits were literally all over the street style scene last season also, and I knew they'd be back again this year. I wore this ELOQUII suit with a vintage Elvis tee to the Laurence & Chico SS20 show and to the Sequin showroom to see a preview of the holiday and spring collections! At the Laurence & Chico show, I loved the designs and saw lots of tweed and denim, so I think denim is going to be here to stay!
NYFW Day 1: Look 2
I was so excited to attend the 11 Honore x Good American NYFW party! The party took place at the Grammercy Park Hotel rooftop which is absolutely gorgeous! To celebrate on the new partnership of Good American and 11 Honore, I wore this fabulous Adam Lippes dress from 11 Honore which gives me all the Victorian chic vibes! The party was amazing and my favorite part of the evening was meeting 11 Honore CEO, Patrick Herning. I have so much respect for him & the brand as a whole to bring luxury designers to the plus industry.
