Paris Fashion Week- Look 4

Writer's picture: Dani SauterDani Sauter

To kick off a full day of fashion shows for the main Paris Fashion Week day of my trip, I decided to go full on Parisian chic for a morning shoot at the Louvre followed by coffee and croissants!

From my trips to Paris, I have learned that the color palette of Parisian women is black, black, and more black, lol. If you see someone is a super loud outfit in Paris, its almost a given that they are not Parisian! In the winter months I noticed that the fun self expression in outfits comes from tights! Tights are super big in Paris and I noticed it in December over the holidays. Either black dresses, mini skirts, or even shorts, paired with patterned tights and boots- Dr. Marten's are a huge contender RN- is like the classic staple of winter in Paris! Inspired by this winter uniform and also inspired by the fact that deep down I'm a wannabe Parisian, I put together the most Parisian look of the trip in this ELOQUII dress and tights and boots combo that reminds me of Chanel!

In short, if you want to be more Paris-inspired in your wardrobe, invest in classic black dresses or mini skirts, tons of fun tights, and combat boots! And for an extra touch, top it all off with very minimal makeup and a coat of red lipstick at night!

XOXO
